Julia Turovsky, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, with more than 25 years of experience providing evidence-based care to adolescents, adults, and couples. She is the founder and director of Quiet Mind CBT, a specialty practice focused on treating anxiety and related disorders in patients in New Jersey, Florida, and across the country. Dr. Turovsky is the former director of the Rutgers Anxiety Disorders Clinic and has trained numerous graduate and postdoctoral students in evidence-based treatments. In addition to her clinical practice, she is an active speaker and educator, providing professional supervision and mentorship to early-career psychologists and training the next generation of clinicians.
